nba live has a minor problem when you.its when you run and try to block the aponent you dont stop in the spot you want to just rent so you kno wat i mean.

2k8 i never tried out but i have 2k7 which is vary good but theres no dunk contest skills contest 3 point contest etc but nba live has it.

1 more thing nba ''the life'' sucks @ss really bad.

i would recomend 2k8 and nba live 08

I'd go with NBA live. This one has the All-star game, slam dunk contest, 3point shootout, etc.
I guarantee the 2k series will not disappoint you. It's always the best every year. Go for the 2k. I hear bad things about the recent live series too.

live. its the most realistic. it is just amazing period.

2k is a little fundamental. the people seem to be choriagraphed on dribble moves, not as if they were really balling.
No doubt 2K it doesnt dissapoint
